10” Custom Pizzeria is located in Braddon Hamlet. Braddon Hamlet is a collection of food and drink outlets located around an open air/ covered, shared dining area – a posh food court, if you like, though you won’t hear it referred to that in super chic Braddon – and to be fair it is a cut above a food court in all areas (including price!).

The pizzeria, which does have a few tables inside (more fun eating outside though), produces top quality, wood-fired gourmet pizzas and is equally good for lunch or dinner. Service is friendly and fast though naturally you do need to allow time for the pizza to actually cook – I point this out as it seems to come as a surprise to some!

You can order from a menu board or shuffle along the counter selecting what you want, on your chosen base, for your custom made pizza – lots to choose from. We chose from the menu – a prawn and chorizo and bbq chicken pizza. Both were delicious and the crust perfect.

Pizzas can be pre-ordered by phone and a delivery service is available.

As the name of the business suggests, pizzas are 10 inches which makes them just about right for me. Limited alcoholic drinks including sangria (though it’s a bit on the weak side) and a full range of non alcoholic drinks are available though these can also be bought from a couple of drink outlets within the Hamlet – as can various deserts should you want or need one after your pizza. BYO drinks are permitted within the Hamlet but you do need to bring your own glasses.
